Use of augmented reality production techniques in brand marketing and its relationship to their level of competitiveness

Abstract

Today's market is somewhat saturated with new technologies emerging in our daily routine. Therefore, companies and organizations must follow new strategies to reach new customers and retain existing ones. Virtual reality and augmented reality have recently emerged as powerful technologies that provide immersive experiences and allow marketers to engage customers in new ways. These technologies attract the attention of users, ensuring in one way or another that they interact with the products on offer and have a say in that modern experience.
Therefore, we can say that it is better in marketing to use augmented reality technology, which enables customers to feel the fusion between the virtual world and the real world, regardless of time and place, to ensure sustainable purchasing behavior, as it is a gateway to changing the world of marketing, and it also contributes to gaining a competitive advantage in the market.
This study will discuss augmented reality technology and highlight its importance in the brand marketing process.
